Accenture Singapore seeks a Senior Advanced Research Engineer at the boundary between AI systems research and production platform engineering. You explore open problems in agentic AI and convert research findings into prototypes and platform-ready capabilities that real workloads rely on.

You are a strong Python engineer who moves between experiments and well-structured services or SDK modules, producing research artefacts and production code in the same week to deliver tangible impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with CS/Engineering focus.
• 5 years of Python and/or Node.js/TypeScript experience building production backend services.
• 5 years hands-on experience with AI/ML systems including LLMs, agent frameworks, inference serving, or memory architectures.

Responsibilities

• Investigate active frontiers in agentic AI systems and translate findings into production-grade components.
• Design and validate production-safe prototypes and platform-integrated components.
• Build well-defined provider interfaces and pluggable backends for research components.
• Collaborate with platform engineers, PMs, and architects to align research with client deployment needs.
