Job summary

Accenture Southeast Asia seeks an Advanced AI Full Stack Engineer to design and build foundational AI agent platforms—from orchestration runtimes to SDK tooling and APIs. You are a software engineer at heart with fluency in Python and Node.js, able to operate across the full platform stack and contribute to production-grade systems used by other engineers and AI agents.

You will implement sandboxed environments, multi-tenant execution, memory and routing layers, and governance-driven CI/CD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of Python and/or Node.js/TypeScript backend experience building production services or tooling.
• 1 year of experience with AI/LLM systems, agent frameworks, or AI developer tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design and build agent orchestration runtimes that coordinate tool discovery, model inference, approval gates, and context management.
• Implement sandboxed execution environments with policy enforcement to isolate agent workloads.
• Develop pluggable provider interfaces so sandbox backends are swappable without changing agent code.
• Build Python and Node.js/TypeScript SDKs and CLIs for developers to author and run AI agents.
• Design REST, gRPC, and event-streaming APIs for communication between runtimes and platform services.
• Implement framework adapters to standardize event streams across AI frameworks.
• Build and maintain inference routing layers across on-premise and cloud endpoints based on policies.
• Instrument components with distributed tracing and observability tooling; participate in CI/CD governance.
• Collaborate with researchers, PMs, security engineers, and architects; contribute to architectural decisions.
• Travel may be required (0–100%).
