Job description

We are looking for a senior professional to join our AI Center of Excellence and play a key role in shaping and scaling AI strategy across the enterprise. This role focuses on external research, AI adoption, stakeholder alignment, and measuring business impact—specifically within the context of the Financial Services Industry (FSI).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead external research on AI trends, peer activity, and competitive landscape in the FSI space.
• Shape and refine enterprise-wide AI strategy, with a focus on Generative AI use cases relevant to financial services.
• Drive the adoption of AI technologies across business lines by engaging senior stakeholders and business leaders.
• Define and track KPIs to measure ROI and the effectiveness of internal AI initiatives.
• Create executive reports and recommendations for C-suite decision-making.
• Serve as a bridge between business units, data science teams, and tech leads to ensure alignment and successful delivery.

Requirement:

• 8+ years of experience in strategy, research, consulting, or innovation roles within the FSI sector.
• Deep understanding of Generative AI, enterprise AI adoption, and regulatory considerations in financial services.
• Proven experience working with C-level and senior stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives.
• Strong analytical and business acumen; able to quantify impact and articulate value clearly.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and change management skills.
• Experience in setting up or working within an AI or digital innovation center of excellence is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI governance, risk, and compliance frameworks in FSI is a plus.
