Job summary

Land Transport Authority (LTA) Singapore seeks an AI Software Developer to design, build and maintain AI-powered applications for transport operations, collaborating with data scientists and operations teams to translate AI models into production services.

You will work on LLM integration, retrieval-augmented generation, and model optimization, plus observability and safety guardrails, in a cloud-native environment using Python, Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of software development experience with AI/ML systems.
• Proficient in Python and modern AI/ML frameworks.
• Experience with cloud-native development and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain AI-powered applications for transport use cases.
• Integrate AI models into production services and data pipelines.
• Implement guardrails, observability tooling and safe deployment practices.
