Job summary

AVRIX Technology PTE. LTD in Singapore seeks a Senior Hardware Engineer to design and bring up NVIDIA AI server motherboards, integrating GPUs, CPUs, memory, PCIe, NVMe and networking.

You will own schematic design, layout reviews, validation and mass production handover, collaborating with Power, Thermal, Firmware and Mechanical teams; 5+ years in server hardware, deep PCB expertise, and hands-on debugging are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of server or high-performance hardware design experience.
• Strong experience in complex server motherboard/PCB design.
• Experience with NVIDIA GPU server platforms (H100/H200/B200/B300/HGX preferred).
• Strong knowledge of PCIe Gen5/Gen6, DDR5, high-speed interfaces and power architecture.
• Hands-on experience in board bring-up, validation and hardware debugging.
• Experience with Cadence OrCAD/Allegro, Xpedition or equivalent tools.
• Experience with NVIDIA HGX, NVLink/NVSwitch, AMD EPYC or Intel Xeon server platforms is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI server motherboards/system boards based on NVIDIA GPU platforms
• Own schematic design, component selection, PCB layout review, board bring-up, validation and debugging
• Integrate NVIDIA GPUs, Intel Xeon/AMD EPYC CPUs, DDR5, PCIe, NVMe, BMC and high-speed networking
• Work closely with SI/PI, Power, Thermal, Mechanical and Firmware teams
• Support EVT/DVT/PVT and transition to mass production
