Job summary

NCS Pte Ltd is seeking an AI Product Engineer to design and develop systems that enable AI to perceive, reason, and act in physical space. You will help turn buildings into intelligent environments for robots and people, working with ROS/ROS2 and AI-native tooling.

You will own living-lab style projects, prototype roadmaps, and POCs, collaborating with clients through the product lifecycle to deliver cutting-edge physical AI solutions in real workplace environments.

Qualifications

• AI-native by default; uses models, agents or learned systems as primary design tool.
• Experience designing AI-driven systems.
• Exposure to physical/spatial AI or robotics including perception, SLAM, sensor fusion, or spatial computing.

Responsibilities

• Architect the AI-driven stack end to end and build with AI-native tools.
• Translate customer vision into technical requirements and innovate solutions.
• Develop prototypes and proofs of concept.
• Engage users and clients across the product lifecycle.
• Turn sensor, vision, and IoT data into structured space understanding.
