Job summary
ASM FRONT-END MANUFACTURING SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is hiring a Senior Engineer II in Process Intelligence and Value Realization to turn data into measurable business outcomes.
You will collaborate with business and technology teams to uncover opportunities, shape AI-enabled processes, and drive improvements across enterprise workflows. You will lead process mining initiatives, develop business cases, and partner with data, process owners, and IT to translate analytics into actionable actions that
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in business transformation, operational excellence, process improvement, consulting, or value realization.
- Experience with Celonis Process Intelligence or SAP Signavio.
- Experience leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve processes, productivity, cost, and service performance.
- Turn insights into clear business cases, improvement plans, and measurable value realization.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives from root cause analysis to benefits validation.
- Collaborate with data owners and business leaders to set baselines, targets, and roadmaps.
- Translate analytical findings into concrete recommendations for stakeholders.
- Define requirements and success metrics for AI-enabled process optimization initiatives.
