Job summary

OCBC (Singapore) is seeking an experienced AI Platform Engineer to build, operate, and optimize next generation hybrid AI platforms at scale. You will work with architects, AI engineers, and infra teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

The role requires 5–7 years of cloud platform experience, hands-on automation with Terraform and pipelines, and strong containerization skills with Docker and Kubernetes. A focus on security and governance will be essential.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience operating cloud-based AI platforms at scale.
• Hands-on with automation and scripting for platform engineering.
• Experience with containerisation and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with model serving, pipelines, inference, and agentic concepts.
• Understanding of enterprise security, governance, and policy enforcement.

Responsibilities

• Build, Operate and Maintain next-gen hybrid AI platforms for the enterprise.
• Envision and implement automation-first platform engineering.
• Ensure platform reliability, scalability, observability, and performance.
• Collaborate with Architects, AI Engineers, Infra and Network SMEs for solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production platform issues with ownership mindset.
