Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Hands-on coding experience in Python with APIs, services or automation relevant to AI platform delivery on Cloud.
• Strong software engineering and development skills to design, build and maintain reusable platform components.
• Ability to architect reusable products, tools, services and patterns to support platform adoption across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain core technical capabilities of the AI Platform, including models, LLM endpoints, agent runtimes, vector and knowledge services, and shared platform services.
• Design, build and operate core AI platform components such as inference endpoints, embedding services and orchestration layers; ensure production readiness and security.
• Operate and continuously improve platform reliability, performance and maintainability with monitoring and optimization.
• Continuously improve the AI Platform by refining services, adopting new engineering approaches and improving developer experience.
• Work with Governance to embed security, governance and compliant-by-design practices into platform design and delivery.
