Job summary

PT WAN Solutions in Singapore is seeking an experienced Lead Solutions Architect to drive enterprise architecture and technology strategy. You will guide cross-functional teams in designing scalable data, application, and integration landscapes, including AI-enabled solutions.

You will own architecture governance, mentor engineers, and shape cloud and on-premise platform choices to ensure secure, resilient delivery across complex programs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, software engineering, platform engineering, or technical leadership.
• Proven ability to design and deliver enterprise-scale solutions across applications, data, integration, infrastructure, cloud, and security.
• Strong knowledge of architecture patterns, distributed systems, APIs, microservices, databases, system integration, scalability and observability.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of enterprise solutions spanning applications, data, integration, infrastructure, cloud, security, and operations.
• Define architecture principles, standards, reference designs, and guardrails; review designs for alignment.
• Guide multidisciplinary engineering teams, resolve complex technical issues, and mentor staff.
• Architect AI, ML, analytics, data pipelines, and AI-enabled applications, including onboarding and operation of use cases.
• Design secure, resilient cloud-native, hybrid-cloud, and on-premise solutions with appropriate technologies.
• Assess solution options and recommend fit-for-purpose technologies based on requirements, constraints, and lifecycle considerations.
• Provide architectural leadership across requirements, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and transition to operations.
• Lead proofs-of-concept and develop reusable architecture assets; keep team current with advances in AI, cloud, and enterprise platforms.

What You'll Do

Solution architecture and technical direction: Lead the design of enterprise solutions spanning applications, data, integration, infrastructure, cloud, security, and operations.

• Architecture governance: Define architecture principles, standards, reference designs, and technical guardrails; review designs and ensure alignment throughout delivery.

Technology evaluation: Assess solution options and recommend fit-for-purpose technologies based on requirements, constraints, scalability, security, maintainability, and total lifecycle considerations.

Delivery oversight: Provide architectural leadership across requirements, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and transition to operations.

Innovation and capability development: Lead proofs-of-concept, develop reusable architecture assets, and keep the team current with advances in AI, cloud, software engineering, and enterprise platforms.

What You'll Bring

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline; an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.

Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in solution architecture, software engineering, platform engineering, or a technical leadership role.

Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale solutions across application, data, integration, infrastructure, cloud, and security domains.

Strong knowledge of architecture patterns, distributed systems, APIs, microservices, databases, system integration, scalability, availability, resilience, and observability.
