Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master/PhD) in a quantitative discipline.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java or C++.
• Familiarity with ML libraries: TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn.
• Extensive experience in ML, NLP and Generative AI with scalable prototypes.
• Proven ability to apply DL and NLP to real-world problems.

Responsibilities

• Develop PoCs/prototypes for AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
• Write clean, efficient code for data processing, model training and deployment.
• Collaborate with Technology and Engineering teams to integrate solutions.
• Conduct experiments to evaluate model performance and optimize for scalability.
• Stay abreast of AI/ML trends and share knowledge within the team.
• Participate in technical discussions across Amex.
