Job summary

Procter & Gamble International Operations SA Singapore Branch is seeking an AI Engineer to partner across teams to develop, operationalize, and scale new algorithmic products. You will prototype models, evaluate new tech, and deploy cloud-native solutions.

You will work on data models, ETL/ELT pipelines, and distributed architectures, contributing code to reusable libraries and open-source projects in line with IT policies.

Qualifications

• Breadth of applied IT skills across at least two IT job profiles.
• At least two relevant roles and experience managing or influencing people or organizations.
• Defines strategy and leads IT delivery and transformation within major sub-OU services, products, or programs.
• Developing others in the function with Leadership Strength Assessment and a sustainable career path.

The AI Engineer is responsible for partnering with others to develop, operationalize, integrate, and scale new algorithmic products. This includes engaging in proof of concepts and experiments to evaluate new models and technology, developing high quality, standard-compliant, tested code, contributing code and tools to central re‑usable libraries and repositories and open‑source projects, in line with P&G IT policies. The role also involves developing data models, model features, data quality tests, ETL/ELT pipelines, and distributed computer architectures. Deploying algorithmic products across the clouds, skillfully leveraging cloud‑native services is a key part of this role.
