Qualifications

• Strong Python proficiency with backend experience (FastAPI or similar).
• Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI/Anthropic) and frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Hands-on with RAG architectures, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Docker and containerized development environments.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, or similar data stores.
• Strong testing—unit, integration, and AI/LLM evaluation frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal English; able to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy LLM-powered features and applications using Python.
• Develop backend services and APIs (e.g., FastAPI) exposing AI capabilities.
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector search strategies.
• Design, test, and iterate prompts, agents, and orchestration flows (LangChain/LlamaIndex).
• Integrate with LLM providers (OpenAI/Anthropic) and manage cost, latency, quality tradeoffs.
• Evaluate model outputs with tooling and metrics for accuracy, safety, and regression.
• Work with containerized environments and data infra (PostgreSQL, Redis, vector DBs).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product needs into AI solutions.
