Job summary

EndeavourX, part of NUHS, is building AI-enabled healthcare products used in clinical workflows. We seek a Senior Software Engineer to build, deploy and operate production-grade software that integrates with real-world systems, including LLM-based features, in regulated healthcare environments.

Join a nimble team of clinicians and technologists, collaborate across engineering, data science and product, and help scale solutions from prototype to production, while maintaining quality, traceability

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript or Java.
• Experience deploying applications on AWS.
• Experience implementing or integrating LLM-based features (RAG, embeddings, vector databases).
• Familiarity with applied ML concepts and data preprocessing.
• Experience in regulated development environments is preferred.
• Background in startups, healthcare, or medtech is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development of backend and full-stack components for AI-enabled healthcare products.
• Translate product requirements into software designs, APIs and data flows.
• Prototype, iterate and deploy features in response to clinical feedback.
• Integrate applications with external systems and data sources.
• Ensure production readiness, observability and reliability.
• Support deployment activities and incident resolution.
• Collaborate with data scientists and product stakeholders.
