Job summary

Ordinary Folk in Singapore is hiring a senior software engineer to drive AI-powered features for patient and clinical experiences. You’ll focus on architecture, review, and delivering reliable systems in a healthcare context across three regulated markets.

Lead with Claude Code and agentic workflows, own the end-to-end delivery from idea to production, and ensure speed and correctness in a high-trust, high-ownership environment.

Qualifications

• 6–7+ years building and shipping production software.
• AI-native development as default with daily use of AI coding tools.
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs in shipped product.
• Strong product instincts and full ownership: ship features end‑to‑end.
• Maintain AI-accelerated codebase with strong architecture and review discipline.

Responsibilities

• Build AI into the product: LLm-powered features for patient and clinical experience.
• Develop AI-first workflows using agent tools and orchestration.
• Own quality: architecture decisions, code reviews, testing, and reliability.
• Collaborate with founders and product on short feedback loops and metrics moves.
