Job summary

UNISON Group is seeking an experienced Senior AI Engineer to drive scalable, production-grade AI solutions. You will blend AI/ML mastery with strong software engineering, focusing on microservices and multi-language development.

You will design ML pipelines, build agentic AI systems, and mentor engineers while collaborating with product managers and platform teams to deliver robust AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building and deploying ML models in production.
• Experience creating autonomous AI agents with tool use, planning, and execution.
• Proficient in Python and Java.
• Deep learning with TensorFlow or PyTorch; data processing with pandas/NumPy.
• Experience with Spring Boot, microservices, and concurrent programming.
• 5+ years designing microservices architectures.
• MLOps: model versioning, monitoring, deployment strategies.
• Cloud: AWS, GCP, or Azure ML services.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable ML models and AI solutions.
• Build agentic AI systems with autonomous decision-making and task execution.
• Develop multi-agent systems with tools, planning and memory.
• Create large-scale ML pipelines for training, evaluation, and inference.
• Apply state-of-the-art algorithms in NLP, CV, recommender systems, or analytics.
• Run experiments, evaluate models, and iterate to improve performance.
• Stay updated with AI/ML research and apply new techniques.
• Design robust microservices architectures for AI/ML apps.
• Develop RESTful APIs and event-driven integrations.
• Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and performance optimization.
• Implement CI/CD for ML models.
