Job summary

Seatrium Ltd in Singapore seeks an Architect to lead end-to-end AI/ML pipelines from data ingestion to deployment and monitoring. You will collaborate with data scientists to optimize performance, implement MLOps, and ensure scalable, compliant solutions using cloud services.

The role requires experience in AI/ML development, model productionization, and strong communication to drive enterprise integrations while meeting governance standards. Singapore-based maritime domain exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, AI or related quantitative field.
• Experience in AI/ML model development, AI/MLOps, and cloud deployment.
• Proven track record delivering AI/ML projects from concept to deployment and monitoring.
• Interest in regulated maritime industries in Singapore is advantageous.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and maintain end‑to‑end AI/ML pipelines.
• Collaborate with data scientists and domain experts to optimize performance.
• Implement AI/MLOps practices (CI/CD for ML, model versioning, feature stores).
• Optimize model inference for production environments (TensorRT, ONNX, pruning, quantization).
• Write robust, testable code in a collaborative setting using GitHub.
• Integrate AI models into enterprise systems using APIs and cloud services.
• Ensure models meet business objectives while upholding governance.
• Provide training and technical support to users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
• Participate in business analysis and technical design sessions.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Document system processes and present progress reports.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operation.
