Job summary

Alphasearch is seeking a Lead Engineer, Machine Learning to turn research and model capabilities into reliable, scalable production systems. You will own the full ML lifecycle from data handling to deployment, building large-model training pipelines and optimizing GPU-based inference.

The successful candidate will provide technical direction and collaborate with research and application teams, with priority given to candidates based in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Strong experience building and deploying production ML systems.
• Solid knowledge of large-model training, fine-tuning, evaluation and inference.
• Experience operating ML workloads at scale with Python, PyTorch or JAX.
