Job summary

Pan & Company Pte Ltd is assembling a Singapore-onshore team of AI engineers to bridge product vision with technical execution and deliver production-ready AI capabilities for a global enterprise base.

Reporting into the Enterprise Efficiency leadership team, this role focuses on designing scalable AI architectures, building modular AI services, and driving architectural standards across the product suite.

Qualifications

• Degree in CS/AI or a comparable technical discipline.
• 5+ years delivering AI or ML solutions in production.
• Experience with LLMs, retrieval, orchestration and AI agents.
• Enterprise software delivery in cloud/SaaS environments.
• Strong architectural thinking for scalable distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product management to translate business objectives into scalable AI solutions.
• Define and raise architectural standards for intelligent features across the product.
• Develop modular AI services with planning, context, memory, and multi-model orchestration.
• Lead technical decisions through design, deployment, monitoring and optimization.
• Improve model quality, latency, cost, and production reliability.
• Build reusable AI components and tooling to boost engineering productivity.
• Mentor engineers on prompts, retrieval, evaluation, and governance.
• Work with engineering, infrastructure, product, UX and security teams for enterprise-grade capabilities.
• Continuously evaluate AI developments to strengthen long-term product strategy.
• Maintain alignment with data protection standards and compliance.
