Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/Data Science or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of software/AI engineering experience with production deployments.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch/TF/Scikit-learn).
• Strong grasp of data pipelines, model evaluation, and ML fundamentals.
• Experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD and API integration is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; mentoring ability desirable.
• Singapore citizenship required for this position due to security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy AI solutions from problem scoping to production.
• Build ML pipelines, LLM apps, RAG systems and agent workflows.
• Apply engineering practices: testing, CI/CD, monitoring, docs, version control.
• Mentor engineers through pair programming, code reviews and architecture discussions.
• Prepare training materials and contribute to AI workshops and knowledge sharing.
• Support competency mappings, assessments and professional standards.
• Guide engineers in portfolio development and AI engineer certification.
