Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation in Singapore seeks a Senior AI/HPC Engineer to deploy and manage AI/HPC infrastructure on Linux, guiding customers from planning through implementation. You will serve as the technical domain expert during engagement and handover, documenting tooling and workflows for scalable deployments.

The role requires strong Linux administration, scripting, and cluster-management experience, plus hands-on work with MPI, NCCL, and orchestration tools.

Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related fields.
• 5+ years providing in-depth support and deployment services for hardware and software products.
• Knowledge of Linux System Administration, process management, package management, task scheduling, kernel management, boot procedures/troubleshooting, performance reporting/optimization/logging, network routing/advanced networking.
• Cluster management technologies.
• Scripting proficiency.
• Excellent English skills, strong organization, and multitasking.
• Industry-standard Linux certifications.
• Experience with schedulers such as SLURM, LSF, UGE, etc.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, manage and maintain AI/HPC infrastructure in Linux-based environments for new and existing customers.
• Be the domain expert with customers during planning calls through implementation.
• Handover-related documentation and perform knowledge transfers required to support customers as they roll out sophisticated systems.
• Provide feedback to internal teams by opening bugs, documenting workarounds, and suggesting improvements.
