Job summary

PLAUD PTE. LTD. is hiring a senior AI/ML systems engineer to build production-grade Agent Context and retrieval infrastructure.

You will own the end-to-end pipeline, implement Loop Agent-based RAG, and continuously optimize latency and robustness across online and offline components. You should have 5+ years in Search, RAG, or AI Agent systems, with strong Golang skills and background in vector search, embedding, and inverted-index architectures.

Qualifications

• Min. 5 years of engineering experience in Search, Recommendation, RAG, or AI Agent systems.
• Strong programming fundamentals with Golang or equivalent.
• Deep expertise across full retrieval stack: inverted-index, vector search, hybrid recall.
• Proven track record shipping AI Agent applications in production.

Responsibilities

• Build production-grade Agent Context System infrastructure for context management and autonomous execution.
• Own end-to-end retrieval pipeline: offline parsing, embedding, indexing, online query rewriting, and multi-stage reranking.
• Implement Agentic RAG with Loop Agent cycles for iterative Thought → Action → Observation.
• Continuously optimize retrieval performance for p99 latency and robustness.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ship Agent capabilities into core products.
