Job summary

ELLIOTT MOSS CONSULTING PTE. LTD. seeks a Senior/Lead GenAI Engineer to build and operate production-grade GenAI and agentic AI applications. Strong software engineering skills plus hands-on LLMs, RAG, and agent orchestration are required.

You will develop APIs/microservices, work with LangGraph/LangChain/LlamaIndex, implement guardrails, and deploy via Docker/Kubernetes with CI/CD and Terraform across major clouds. Mentor engineers and collaborate with product teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, GenAI, RAG, and agentic AI.
• Proficiency with LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex.
• Experience building REST APIs and microservices.
• Strong Docker and Kubernetes skills with CI/CD and Terraform.
• Cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, GCP.
• SQL and vector database/search experience.
• Experience with testing, security, guardrails, and production deployment.

Responsibilities

• Build production-grade GenAI, RAG, and multi-agent applications.

• Implement LLM integrations, tool calling, structured outputs, guardrails, and policy controls.

• Deploy and manage services using Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Terraform, and cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Implement security, PII protection, observability, and cost/performance optimization.
• Integrate AI solutions with SAP, CRM, ITSM, Kafka, and enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with Product/Data/Platform teams and mentor engineers.
