Job summary

NTU Singapore, hosted AI Apprenticeship Programme for Industry, seeks an Assistant Manager / Senior Executive, Programme Management to coordinate activities, engage stakeholders and document processes for a national AI talent initiative. You will support planning, recruitment, onboarding, delivery and assessments, ensuring milestones are met and risks are managed across the participant journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Strong organisational and planning skills.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience supporting grant-funded or government programmes is an advantage.
• Exposure to AI, training or talent development sector is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination and delivery of the AI Apprenticeship Programme and related activities.
• Develop and maintain programme schedules, timelines and milestones.
• Coordinate activities across stages of participant journey: recruitment, onboarding, delivery, assessments, completion.
• Monitor progress and follow up on deliverables and dependencies.
• Identify and flag risks to stakeholders for timely follow-up.
• Support end-to-end participant recruitment, including outreach and communications.
• Coordinate onboarding and ensure participants receive necessary information.
• Assist marketing/outreach to raise awareness.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to support programme delivery.
