Are you a seasoned leader in the automotive industry with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence? We’re looking for a Senior Aftersales Manager to take charge of our service, workshop, and parts operations—ensuring efficiency, profitability, and top-tier customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Service Operations

  • Lead and inspire a team of service professionals, including admin staff and external support teams.
  • Ensure every customer interaction reflects our commitment to quality and care.
  • Resolve service issues promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Boost service revenue through strategic upselling and capacity planning.
  • Work cross-functionally to align aftersales efforts with broader business goals.
  • Monitor budgets and control costs to maintain financial health.

Workshop Oversight

  • Supervise daily workshop activities and support team development.
  • Analyze performance metrics and guide improvements in productivity.
  • Optimize scheduling to ensure efficient use of time and manpower.

Parts & Inventory Management

  • Direct the warehousing team to maintain accurate and efficient stock levels.
  • Plan and manage parts orders in line with performance targets.
  • Minimize obsolete inventory and ensure timely stock rotation.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready warehouse environment.
  • Oversee storage planning and ensure compliance with manufacturer standards.

Warranty Administration

  • Manage the warranty process and ensure all claims meet compliance standards.
  • Support the warranty team in maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

What You Bring:

  • A degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or Business Management.
  • At least 8 years of experience in automotive aftersales, including 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-first mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fluent English communication skills.
