Senior / Manager, Asset Management

Global Scope | Maritime & Port Industry | French Language Advantage

Join a dynamic, international team driving the growth of our global port operations! We’re looking for an experienced Asset Management professional to lead affiliate strategies, drive business development, and ensure smooth operational alignment across our global network.

What You’ll Do:

1. Shape mid- to long-term business strategies for group Affiliates
2. Drive business development initiatives with local teams
3. Set and monitor budgets & KPIs to ensure performance goals are met
4. Provide analytical and operational support to Affiliates
5. Act as the key liaison between Affiliates and HQ for approvals and communications
6. Prepare management reports and tackle ad-hoc assignments

What We’re Looking For:

1. Minimum 5 years’ experience in the port industry, with at least 3 in port equipment engineering or port operations
2. Degree in Engineering, Business, Maritime Studies, or related fields
3. Open to working overseas and embracing new challenges
4. Detail-oriented, strong in documentation and analysis
5. Financial acumen in reporting or modelling is a plus
6. Fluent in English. French speakers highly preferred! (Other languages like Chinese, basic Malay, or Japanese are a bonus)
7. Proficient with MS Office tools
