Job summary

Manpower Singapore is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for the Aerospace/MRO sector, based at Seletar. The role requires performing Manufacturing Engineering activities in Engine Overhaul/Component Repair, acting as Technical Authority to ensure capable production methods and timely resolution of technical issues to meet safety, cost, and delivery targets.

Qualifications

• Degree in Aeronautical / Manufacturing / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering (Candidates with Aeronautical / Manufacturing / Mechanical / Industrial Diploma and relevant experience are encouraged to apply).
• Good communication, analytical, engineering and project management skills.
• Good technical problem-solving skills (Six Sigma) and hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Perform Manufacturing Engineering activity in Engine Overhaul/Component Repair production areas.
• Act as Technical Authority to assure initial and continuing capability of Production methods.
• Support integration on Manufacturing Engineering activities across the product lifecycle and supply chain.
• Ensure HSE compliance and contribute to Zero Harm programme.
• Support process and product related Quality investigations and ND/ACAP accreditation activities.
