Candidates should have a degree in Aeronautical, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, strong problem-solving skills, and knowledge of gas turbine engines. Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in relevant engineering field.
• Knowledge of high-bypass gas turbine engines.
• Familiarity with material and component repair processes.

Responsibilities

• Promote a zero-defect culture in manufacturing processes.
• Review and resolve issues in manufacturing methods.
• Support cost targets and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
