Job summary

ST Engineering Aerospace Systems Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Technician to join the Hydraulic Department at 505A Airport Road.

You will maintain, repair, and ensure the operational functionality of aircraft hydraulic systems, applying hands-on expertise to meet safety and industry standards. You will mentor junior technicians, collaborate with engineering and QA teams, analyze data to improve maintenance procedures, and document activities to support reliability and safety across aerospace

Qualifications

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Technology, or related field.
Experience in aerospace environment with complex mechanical systems.
Strong competency with diagnostic tools and maintenance technology.
HSE awareness and training pertinent to aerospace workflows.

Responsibilities

Undertake complex mechanical maintenance tasks, inspections, and repairs on aerospace machinery and systems.
Lead and mentor junior technicians.
Collaborate with engineering, QA, and operations teams to optimise maintenance protocols.
Analyse technical data to recommend improvements in mechanical systems or procedures.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using internal reporting systems.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for safety and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
