Reporting to the AEOI Manager, you will complete annual regulatory deliverables, manage engagements with existing and new clients, and work with colleagues in Manila, Toronto, Dublin, and Halifax. Qualifications

• Degree in a financial services discipline; professional qualifications preferred.
• 2–4+ years experience in financial services; FATCA/CRS exposure is a plus.
• Strong client relationship and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and self‑driven attitude.
• Ability to work in global teams with diverse communication styles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare AEOI filing analysis and outputs for clients, and manage daily workflow to meet deadlines.
• Review deliverables produced by colleagues before client delivery.
• Provide guidance to junior staff in the team.
• Manage communications and ongoing relationships with AEOI clients and their investors; liaise with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain knowledge of AEOI regulatory/compliance environment and conduct industry research as needed.
• Read and interpret financial statements to determine account values.
• Oversee local AEOI portal registration/de-registration and troubleshooting.
• Identify process improvements to increase operational efficiency.
• Tackle classification/re-classification inconsistencies and other ad‑hoc tasks.
