Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with procurement and sourcing experience.
• Demonstrated growth in procurement over 6+ years with cost management and sourcing.
• Strong ability to build supplier and internal relationships.
• Cost modeling across mechanical, plastics, PCBAs or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Management of supplier relationships and close gaps with Dell requirements.
• Sourcing with Product Group and Front-End teams including RFQ, analysis, negotiations and award recommendations.
• Cost management with aggressive but realistic targets and risk outlooks.
• Develop and deploy cost management and sourcing toolkits.
• Identify gaps in sourcing or cost management processes and roll out enhancements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across time zones, including US and Asia.
