Job Description:

We seek a highly skilled Senior Administrative cum Finance Assistant responsible for providing superior administrative support and financial assistance to ensure seamless operations across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-level administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.

- Assist in financial operations, including invoice processing, financial record maintenance, and budget tracking.

- Prepare presentations, detailed reports, and other documentation as required.

- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and handle routine correspondence.

- Support various projects by coordinating logistics and preparing materials.

- Liaise with the external company secretary to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and facilitate communication between the organization and secretarial services.

Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of experience in administrative or finance roles.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.

- Must be IT savvy, with a strong understanding of various software applications and troubleshooting skills.

- Highly proficient in computer applications, especially Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Excellent command of written English. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Familiarity with financial software and database management.

- Experience in data analysis and financial reporting.
