A leading recruitment agency in Singapore seeks an experienced individual for administrative support. This role entails managing various administrative tasks, assisting procurement, and handling recruitment processes. Ideal candidates will hold a Diploma in Business Administration and possess 5-7 years of relevant experience in an administrative capacity within manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
• Handle administrative duty and provide support to Management, Sales and Production.
• Assist in sourcing and purchase of materials and checking inventory for production.
• Experience in recruitment, work pass application, renewal, and cancellation via MOM portals.
• Assist the account dept to review GST and Tax filing related matter.
• Review website design and content and prepare sales material for presentation.
• Other duties and tasks as and may required or assigned.
Requirements:
• Min Diploma in Business Administration.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in admin and manufacturing.
