A leading company in health outreach is looking for an administrative and event management professional. The role involves managing daily tasks, customer support, and event coordination. Responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day administrative duties including data entry and scheduling.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and Whatsapp.
  • Assist in event management including registration and booth management.

Job description

  • Job function - 60% Admin 40% Event Management
  • Office located at Jurong East (5 mins walk from Jurong East MRT)
  • 5 to 5.5 day work week (Regular hours)
  • Full-time
  • Availability: Immediate

Administration & Coordination (60%)

  • Day to day administrative duties.
  • Data entry, reporting and invoicing.
  • Coordinate opportunities and manage calendar and schedule
  • Update spreadsheets and prepare monthly reports.
  • Manage key account financial performance

Customer Support

  • Answering phone calls and taking appointment bookings and etc.
  • Responding to Email and Whatsapp inquiries.
  • Attend to customers’ enquiries, and feedback via phone calls, emails, and Whatsapp.

Event Management (40%)

  • Booth/Bazaar management : Crowd control, Greet participants, Introduction of services, Asisst to sign ups
  • Registration: Register customers at the counter, collect payment and answer general questions. Ensure transactions are accurate
  • Biometrics Measurements: Support with Blood pressure, height and weight, vision checks and body composition measurements

Job Requirements

  • Meticulous and enjoys work requiring a strong attention to detail
  • Min GCE A' Level or Diploma in any discipline
  • Fluent in English (Conversational and Written)
  • Previous admin & coordination experience is a requirement
  • Detailed-oriented and resourceful.
  • Possess good organizational skills and time management.
  • Customer centric with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Competent in Microsoft Office, particularly in Word and Excel
  • Comfortable to commute islandwide for events
