Kinetica Pte. Ltd. is a professional services firm providing corporate secretarial, immigration, payroll, bookkeeping, accounting, tax, and other advisory services. The role involves managing client portfolios and ensuring timely statutory and tax filings, while supervising and mentoring the team.

You will review financial statements, payroll, and tax computations, liaise with clients and auditors, and contribute to business growth. Mandarin fluency is a plus for Chinese-speaking portfolios.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required and professional certs (CPA/ACCA/CA).
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience with supervisory or senior-level exposure.
• Strong knowledge of full-set accounting, month-end closing, financial reporting, and management reporting.
• Deep understanding of SFRS, GST, CPF regulations, and corporate compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ability to manage multiple client engagements under tight deadlines.
• Fluent Mandarin is a plus for managing Chinese-speaking portfolios.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring statutory and tax filings are prepared and submitted on time.
• Supervise, train, and mentor team members.
• Allocate client portfolios and review quarterly/annual management accounts and tax returns.
• Liaise with clients, corporate secretaries, and external auditors to meet deadlines.
• Support business growth by strengthening client relationships and identifying value-added opportunities.
• Handle ad-hoc accounting tasks as needed.
