Job description

Our client is in the Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) industry which comprises Early Childhood Development Centres, such as infant care, child care and preschool services. They are currently looking out for an Senior Accounts & Finance Executive to be part of their growing team!

Job Description:

  • Responsible for full set of accounts to ensure timely month-end closing
  • Handle GL/AP/AR independently, supervise receivables, payables and stock control
  • Support audit and tax processes
  • Support annual budget process
  • Work with internal stakeholders on business reporting, including preparation for board of directors meeting
  • Support monthly close GL journals, reporting, prepare audit schedules
  • Assist with projects, process documentations, and any other tasks assigned

Key Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma in Accountancy / Finance or ACCA and equivalent with at least 3 years working experience,least 2 years in audit.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle full sets of accounts
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Meticulous, proactive, resourceful and self-driven with positive mindset
  • Good understanding of tax regulations and accounting practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel

    Additional Information:
  • Location: HQ at Marine Parade Central
  • Working Hour: Monday to Friday (8:30am to 6:15pm)
  • Salary: Up to $4,200
