About the Role:

We’re looking for a Senior Accounts Executive to manage full-spectrum accounting in the precious metals sector — including multi-currency transactions, reconciliations, tax compliance, treasury management, and financial reporting. Collaborate with stakeholders across China and improve financial processes with precision and teamwork!

What You'll Do:

• Manage AP, AR, and multi-currency expenses

• Process staff claims & reimbursements efficiently

• Perform bank & intercompany reconciliations

• Maintain Fixed Asset & inventory ledgers with depreciation

• Ensure GST/VAT compliance & filings

• Enforce internal controls & financial policies ️

• Prepare journal entries, financial statements & reports

• Support audits & costing analysis

• Monitor cash balances & manage treasury activities

• Liaise with banks on account & funding matters

• Streamline financial processes & implement improvements ️

• Communicate with cross-functional teams & stakeholders

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Min. 3 years in accounting roles (manufacturing/recycling preferred)

• Familiar with inventory/costing & ERP systems

• Advanced MS Excel & Microsoft 365 skills

• Strong GST/VAT tax knowledge

• Ability to multitask & work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with Deskara accounting system is a plus
