Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to handle a full set of accounts, including GL functions, AP and AR Functions, and month-end closing. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of finance and cost accounting experience, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and knowledge of SAP. This role involves preparing reports, liaising with auditors, and other finance-related tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience working with external and internal auditors and tax agents.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Monthly report PL Variances Analysis and Cash Flow Management.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of account (GL function, AP and AR Function and month end closing).
• Prepare and maintain tangible/intangible asset schedule.
• Prepares balance sheet schedules, bank reconciliation and audit schedules.
• Handle Interco confirmation and reconciliations.
• Prepare and Review the bookkeeping of overseas branch.
• Prepare Monthly report PL Variances Analysis and Cash Flow Management.
• Quarterly reporting packages for headquarter.
• Key person to assist on the semi-annually budgeting and forecast process.
• Prepare / Review and file GST return.
• Assist in liaison with auditors for annual / ad-hoc audit (internal & external).
• Liaised with banker on bank related matters.
• Positive working attitude, independent and willing to learn.
• Performing other ad-hoc tasks/projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor in Accounting/Finance/ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.
• At least 5 years’ finance & cost accounting experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge in SAP.
• Experience work with external and internal auditors and tax agents etc.
• Team player, team leader Detail Oriented and Disciplined.
• Meticulous, ability to work with numbers and data analysis.
