Job description

1. Receive Payments from customers and update ledgers

2. Record invoices & Prepare payments for approval

3. Update accounting system and produce monthly accounts

4. Prepare quarterly GST/VAT/SST Returns

5. Bank & Inter-company Reconciliations

6. Oversee customer maintenance invoicing

7. Aid in collections & Manage cash flow

8. Prepare audit and corporate tax schedules

9. Prepare year end accounts

10. Manage annual statutory filing
