Job description

  • Mon-Fri
  • 9am-6pm
  • Company transport provided to and fro

Roles:

Accounting Operations
  • Manage full-spectrum accounting including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger postings
  • Process employee claims, supplier payments, and expense reimbursements accurately and on time
  • Maintain timely and accurate entries across multiple currencies
Reporting & Compliance
  • Prepare monthly financial and management reports, journals, and supporting schedules
  • Assist with monthly closings and ensure accurate reporting of revenue, cost, and profitability
  • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, including timely submission of GST filings
Treasury & Reconciliation
  • Track daily bank positions, monitor liquidity, and prepare short- and long-term cash flow forecasts
  • Perform account reconciliations (including bank, intercompany, and inventory accounts)
  • Liaise with banks for transactions, FX, and funding matters
Costing & Asset Control
  • Support product and operational costing exercises
  • Update and reconcile the fixed asset register, including depreciation and lease asset tracking
  • Maintain accurate inventory valuations and reporting
Internal Support
  • Coordinate with external auditors and tax agents
  • Work cross-functionally with teams in Singapore and China to streamline processes
  • Contribute to finance-related improvements and automation initiatives

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
  • 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, ideally in manufacturing, recycling, or trading sectors
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore GST and general accounting standards
