Job Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor creditors' accounts and attending to all creditors related queries
• Ensure timely recording of creditors invoices and payment transactions and chasing external tenants for billings and Cheque
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of records
• Financial planning or budget control
• Assist in coordinating and liaising with external parties like vendors, external auditors, tax agent and corporate secretarial where required
• Involved in cashflow management
• Managing and handling overall report and statement
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to Head Office on a monthly basis

Job Requirement

• At least a Diploma in Accounting or related fields
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Accounting
• Able to work independently within minimum supervision
• Multi-tasking
• Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively
