Job description

Responsibilities

• Responsible for full set of accounts (AR, AP and GL)

• Prepare detailed variance analysis

• Prepare bank reconciliation and monthly schedules

• Prepare monthly cashflow forecast and monitor cash flow

• Prepare reporting pack to group

• Prepare annual budget and quarterly forecasts

• Prepare quarterly GST returns and assist with corporate income tax and property tax

• Prepare statutory financial statements

• Liaise with internal and external auditors, tax agent, trustee and external service providers

• Any ad-hoc projects and assignments as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma in Accountancy / ACCA or equivalent

• At least 2 to 3 years of relevant accounting and/or audit experiences in a similar position

• Responsible, meticulous, motivated and has a positive attitude

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Willing to put in effort to meet reporting timelines

• Possess good organizational and interpersonal skills

• Experience in a REIT and/or real estate companies will be an added advantage

• Experience in Yardi and Cognos will be an added advantage
