A leading company in the financial sector is seeking a part-time accountant to manage financial records, assist with closing processes, and provide administrative support to the Finance Manager. The role emphasizes attention to detail and communication skills, offering a flexible hybrid working environment and great benefits.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
Issue invoices and ensure proper documentation and follow-up
Assist with the month-end and year-end closing processes
Provide support to audit and taxation
Offer administrative assistance to the Finance Manager
Reply to customer emails and handle requests, mainly related to accounting matters
Support the Accounting team as needed, including ad-hoc projects and special tasks
Note: Financial analysis is not required for this role.
Minimum 5 years of experience handling full set of accounts
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
Exceptional attention to detail with a meticulous approach to work
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Working hours: 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM (part-time, permanent)
