Senior Accounts Executive

Responsibilities:

1. Reports to Senior Accounts Manager and in a team of accounts staff
2. Handle full set of accounts which include GL, AP & AR, including maintaining fixed assets register
3. Work with cross-functional teams to come up with, build, and launch products that are aligned with the company’s vision and mission
4. Perform monthly closing activities for FI and CO, prepare monthly management reports
5. Coordinate annual physical stock take and prepare reconciliation
6. Monitor and plan for day-to-day operating cashflow
7. Process suppliers invoice and staff claim
8. Prepare DIVA reporting pack for HQ consolidation requirement on quarterly basis
9. Prepare and submit GST to the government authorities
10. Prepare audit schedules and liaise with tax agent for annual tax filing
11. Any other duties as assigned by supervisors and filing with government agencies

Requirements:

1. Diploma, Degree in Accounting, Finance, ACCA or pursuing ACCA
2. Min 4 to 6 years of relevant working experience in accounting field from manufacturing industry preferred
3. Experience worked at Jurong Island before a plus point
4. Proficient with MS Office, experience with SAP, esp HANA system will be an advantage.
5. Good interpersonal and communication skills, with eyes for details
6. Able to meet tight reporting deadlines
7. Able to work in fast paced and dynamic environment
