Job Title:Senior Accounts Executive - Central

About the Opportunity

My client is a well-established player in the shipping and logistics sector with a strong presence across Asia and Oceania. They are known for their commitment to operational excellence, innovation, and sustainable business practices.

They are currently seeking a Senior Accounts Executive to support Business Development operations across Southeast Asia and Oceania. This role involves financial management, project support, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Your New Company

• Manage full set of accounts: Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and month-end/year-end closing

• Prepare and analyze Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets

• Assist in the preparation and submission of bank loan documentation

• Liaise with banks, auditors, and external stakeholders

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records

Key Qualifications for Success

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Minimum 3 years of full sets accounting experience

• Must have prior experience in the real estate or REITs sector

• Experience with bank loan documentation is highly preferred

• Strong understanding of P&L and Balance Sheet reporting

• Hands-on finance knowledge is a plus but not mandatory

• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks)

• Must have good communication skills

• Only open to Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents
