Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking an Accounting & Financial Operations professional in Singapore to maintain full sets of accounts, manage monthly close, and ensure accurate revenue and expense recording.

You will prepare management accounts, support GST and IRAS filings, and assist audits, with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

The role requires 2–3 years of accounting experience, a degree or diploma, and proficiency in Excel within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Accountancy, Finance, or related discipline.
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or CA Singapore advantageous.
• Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience with exposure to full sets of accounts.
• Strong understanding of GST regulations and financial reporting requirements.
• Meticulous, organised, and able to maintain accurate documentation and records.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain full sets of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, P&L statements, balance sheets, and supporting schedules.
• Ensure accurate recording of revenue, expenses, accruals, prepayments, and provisions.
• Monitor financial performance and highlight cost-control opportunities.
• Process supplier invoices, staff claims, and payments within timelines.
• Monitor receivables and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accounting records and documentation to support audits.
