Summary

You will have the opportunity to demonstrate your skills and grow your career by assisting our clients with various accounting responsibilities. Must be able to multitask and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Perform month end close process, including the reconciliation and/or review of bank statements, fixed asset schedules, and other GL account reconciliations.
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of the accounting operations within various client organizations, including clients' accounting software systems.
  • Perform Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable process to ensure proper coding and timely entry.
  • Perform monthly payroll process, including tax clearance for foreign employees (Form IR21) and yearly tax return (Form IR8A)
  • Preparation of quarterly GST return filing and computation
  • Preparation of withholding tax return (Form IR37)
  • Preparation of audit schedules, confirmation letters, etc for yearly statutory audit.
  • Perform other client responsibilities as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree - major in Accounting
  • Fresh Graduates are always welcome
  • Ability to work independently on client assignments with positive and responsible attitude
  • Strong time management, organizational, attention to details, good communications and interpersonal skills
