Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Executive to manage the full set of accounts and perform quarterly GST preparations. The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Finance or Accountancy and at least 2 years of relevant experience. You will also manage inventory discrepancies and assist with the month-end financial closing. This position offers a competitive salary of $2800 to $3500 depending on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in keeping a full set of accounts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain full set of accounts (AR, AP, and GL) and audit schedules.
• Prepare quarterly GST.
• Perform month-end closing for financial reporting within the timeline.
• In charge of stock take and resolve inventory discrepancies.

Location: Hougang

Working Days: Monday - Friday

Working hours : 8:30am -5:30pm

Salary : $2800 to $3500 (subject to qualifications and experience)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining full set of accounts (AR, AP and GL) and audit schedules
• Quarterly GST preparation
• Housekeeping and filing of finance documents
• Perform month-end closing for financial reporting within timeline
• In charge of stock take and resolve any inventory discrepancies
• Any other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by the management, if any

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent with at least 2 years of experience in keeping full set of accounts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
