Job summary

IAQ Engineering (SG) Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage full or partial accounting functions. You will handle AP/AR, prepare supplier payments and customer invoicing, and perform bank reconciliations while keeping precise financial records.

The role requires at least 3 years in accounting, proficiency with Excel and accounting software, and an ability to work independently to meet deadlines. GST knowledge and communication skills are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Knowledge of GST, payroll and statutory submissions is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts or partial accounting functions.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Prepare and process supplier payments, customer invoicing, and receipts.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue payments.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and schedules.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
• Assist in budgeting, cash flow monitoring and financial analysis.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks and government authorities when required.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory regulations.
• Support administrative duties and other ad hoc assignments as assigned by management.
