Job summary

Sinarmas CEPSA Pte Ltd is seeking a Finance Executive to maintain SAP accounting records, generate reports, and support monthly and annual closing processes. You will prepare management accounts, assist in group reporting, and resolve invoicing discrepancies while ensuring accuracy across intercompany activities.

The role requires a Diploma in Accountancy or ACCA with 2–3 years in finance, proficiency in SAP and MS Office, and strong attention to detail as a team player.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounting/finance records in SAP and provide reports to stakeholders.
• Assist in monthly/annual financial closing processes with standard reports.

• Assist in group reporting pack preparation and intercompany activities.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and resolve outstanding items.
• Help with audit schedules and accounting journals as needed.
• Coordinate with internal parties for intercompany activities and closing.

Job Responsibilities:

• This role is to assist the Head of Finance & Tax in the preparation and analysis of the financial
• performance of the operation in the Group.

Job Description:

• Responsible for maintaining all accounting/finance records in SAP
• Provide reports and cost analysis to various internal stakeholders
• Responsible for facilitating the monthly and annual financial closing processes through the preparation of standard reports
• Prepare and analyse management account of the company
• Assist in the preparation of group reporting pack
• Responsible for identifying and resolving invoicing issues, accounting discrepancies, and other financial-related issues
• Performing balance sheet account reconciliation to ensure all outstanding items are identified and resolved promptly
• Assist in SAP closing
• Related parties balance confirmation
• Assist with the preparation of audit schedules
• Assist with the preparation of accounting journals
• Assist with the audit related matters
• Responsible for the preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements

Job Requirement:
